How to become a Flair stockist: step by step
Short answer: To become a Flair stockist, apply for a trade account at flairbeds.co.uk/trade/apply with your company name, VAT number and where you sell. Flair checks your company and VAT details, then switches on trade prices, live stock feeds and ordering. The application takes about two minutes, and there is no minimum order for dropship or collection.

Step 1: check you are eligible
Flair Trade is trade only. Bed and furniture shops, online retailers, marketplace sellers, dropship businesses, interior designers, landlords, letting agents and contract buyers can apply. If you buy beds or furniture for resale or business use in the UK, you can apply.
Step 2: apply online
Go to the trade account application and enter your company name, VAT number and how or where you sell (shop, website, marketplace or contract). Have your trading address and contact details to hand.
Step 3: verification
We check your company and VAT details. Once you are approved, your account is switched on and you can log in.
Step 4: plan your range
- Browse by brand or range.
- Start with fast movers and next-day dropship lines.
- See what is in our showroom and visit Heckmondwike (Mon to Thu 9am to 5pm, Fri 9am to 4pm).
Step 5: connect your stock feed
Download the stock feed or set up your private feed under My Account > Stock feed, with your own trade prices and the formats your systems need (CSV, XLSX, XML, JSON or TSV). See stock feeds and integrations.
Step 6: place your first order
Order online, by quick order (paste SKUs or upload a CSV), by phone on 01924 950955 or by email to orders@flairbeds.co.uk. Choose dropship to your customer, free collection from Liversedge, or delivery to your store. Accounts are pro forma: pay online, by phone or by BACS.
