Flair stock feeds and integrations: CSV, XML, JSON and more

Short answer: Flair Trade publishes a live stock feed rebuilt from warehouse stock every 15 minutes. A public price-free CSV is open to anyone, and every approved trade account gets private feed links under My Account > Stock feed, with your own trade prices in CSV, XLSX, XML, JSON or TSV, so your website, marketplace tool or EPOS can read stock automatically.

Formats and where to use them

  • CSV: Excel, Google Sheets and most website and marketplace tools.
  • XLSX: open directly in Excel.
  • XML: older e-commerce and EPOS systems.
  • JSON: developers and custom integrations.
  • TSV: tab-separated, for some import tools.

Price settings on private feeds

  • Price basis: trade, trade plus markup %, RRP, or RRP minus %.
  • VAT: ex VAT or add VAT.
  • Rounding: .99, .95, .49/.99 or whole pounds.
  • Products: all, in stock only, or orderable now.
  • Columns: pick the columns you need.

When you save your settings the feed rebuilds straight away, then refreshes every 15 minutes.

Private feed links contain a token unique to your account. Treat them like a password. If one is shared by mistake, issue a new link and the old one stops working.

Can the feed include my trade prices?

Yes. Private feeds under My Account > Stock feed can include your own trade prices, or a price based on trade plus markup, RRP, or RRP minus a discount.

Which formats are available?

Does the feed include EANs and images?

Yes. Each row includes the EAN, an image URL and the product URL.
