What stockists get

  • Trade prices ex VAT on every product once your account is approved, shown next to the RRP, your margin and the current lead time.
  • Next working day dropship to your customer on in-stock lines ordered before 12pm, to most UK mainland postcodes.
  • Free collection from our Headlands Road warehouse in Liversedge, West Yorkshire, with no minimum order.
  • Live stock feed refreshed every 15 minutes (CSV with SKU, EAN, stock, lead time, next expected date and image links), plus a self-service feed with your own trade prices in My Account.
  • Order your way: online, by SKU with quick order, by phone or by email, with a named account manager.

Product content you can use

Every product page carries full specifications (dimensions, materials, mattress size, assembly, box count where available), multiple images and assembly guides where we hold them. The stock feed includes the EAN, image URL and product URL for each SKU, so you can build listings on your own site or on marketplaces quickly.

  • Recoil: gaming high sleepers, bunks, TV beds, desks and chairs.

Frequently asked questions

How do I become a Flair stockist?

Complete the trade account application at flairbeds.co.uk/trade/apply with your company, VAT and trading details. Once approved you can log in for trade prices and start ordering straight away.

Do I need to hold stock?

No. You can sell from our live stock and use next working day dropship, or buy stock for your shop floor and collect it from Liversedge.

Can I sell Flair products online and on marketplaces?

Yes. Online retailers are welcome. The stock feed gives you SKU, EAN, images and availability, refreshed every 15 minutes.

Do you provide images and product information?

Yes. Each product has specifications and images on its page, and image links are included in the stock feed. Ask your account manager for anything extra.

Is there a minimum spend to become a stockist?

There is no minimum order for dropship or collection orders. Store deliveries have an area-based minimum.
