Flair Trade is the trade-only wholesale arm of Flair Furniture Ltd in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire. Approved trade customers buy beds, mattresses and furniture at trade prices ex VAT, with next working day delivery on in-stock lines ordered before 12pm, free collection, and written quotes for contract and bulk orders.
Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options available for contract use (BS 7177). Available on request with trade and contract quotes.
Flair Trade is trade-only. We supply furniture and bed retailers, online sellers, hotels, B&Bs, holiday let owners, holiday parks, serviced apartment operators, student accommodation providers, care homes, landlords, letting agents and contract buyers in the UK.
How do I open a trade account?
Apply online at trade account application with your company name, VAT number and how you sell or use the products. We check your details and switch your account on, then every product shows your trade price ex VAT.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Trade prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is shown separately at checkout.
How do I pay?
All orders and accounts are strictly pro forma. You can pay on the website, over the phone or by BACS, and payment must clear before dispatch.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for collections from our Liversedge warehouse. Store or site delivery has a minimum order that depends on your area; call 01924 950955 to check yours.
Contract and bulk orders
Do you supply contract beds for hotels?
Yes. We supply hotel-style ottoman beds with side tables, divan beds and headboards, upholstered beds, mattresses and bedding for hotels and guest houses. See beds and furniture for hotels or request a contract quote.
Can I get a bulk or project quote?
Yes. Send your room schedule, bed sizes, quantities and dates using the contract quote form on any sector page, or email orders@flairbeds.co.uk. You get a written quote with trade prices ex VAT, quantities per room type and delivery dates.
Which sectors do you supply?
Hotels, B&Bs and guest houses, holiday lets, holiday parks and lodges, serviced apartments, student accommodation, care homes and HMO landlords. See all sectors we supply.
Which brands do you sell?
Our own brands Flair (kids' beds, bunks, high sleepers and bedroom furniture), SOLACE+CO (upholstered beds, ottomans, dining and living), Noomi (contemporary beds and furniture), maxiTEX (mattresses, toppers and pillows) and Recoil.
Do you sell open coil mattresses for high-turnover rooms?
Yes. Our open coil mattresses include the maxiTEX Roma Open Coil Mattress and the maxiTEX Europaedic Traditional Orthopaedic Mattress. Pocket sprung and memory foam options are also available.
Fire safety
Are your mattresses Crib 5 or BS 7177 rated?
Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options are available for contract use (BS 7177). Fire-retardant options are available on request as a quote option, and certificates are supplied with trade orders. Tell us your premises type and specification when you ask for a quote.
What fire rating does a hotel mattress need?
In the UK, mattresses in hotels, care homes and halls of residence are usually specified to BS 7177 Medium Hazard, which includes the Crib 5 (ignition source 5) test. Your fire risk assessment and insurer decide what applies to your premises, so check with them and tell us the requirement when you ask for a quote.
Delivery and collection
Can you deliver next day?
Yes. In-stock items ordered before 12pm are delivered the next working day to most UK areas. The delivery charge per item is shown in your basket before you order.
Can you dropship to my customer or property?
Yes. We deliver straight to your customer, guest property or site address. Over 940 lines are available for next-day dropship.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is free with no minimum order, from our Headlands Road warehouse: FLAIR FURNISHING, Headlands Rd, Liversedge WF15 6QA.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. Our trade showroom at the Old Delivery Office, Oldfield Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire WF16 0JD is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm, closed at weekends. Call 01924 950955 before you travel.
