Serviced apartments and holiday lets are furnished as whole homes, so operators buy bedrooms, living areas and dining together and need them to work as a set for every unit type.

Upholstered beds in velvet, chenille, boucle and faux leather, such as the Flair Scallop and Ava designs, give a room a finished, boutique look.

What to check before you order

  • Quote per unit type (studio, one bed, two bed) so packs are easy to repeat.
  • Look for pieces that make small floor plans sleep or seat more people.
  • Pick colours that will still suit the room after the next redecoration.
  • Ask about fabric care and how each finish cleans.
  • Check whether the frame is slatted or solid and which mattress size it takes.

Fire safety and specifications

Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options are available for contract use (BS 7177). Fire-retardant options are available on request as a quote option, and certificates are supplied with trade orders. Tell us your premises type and specification when you ask for a quote.

How a contract order works

  1. Send your brief. Use the form below to share your room schedule, quantities and site postcode, or attach a spec.
  2. Shortlist and stock check. Your account manager suggests products that fit your sizes and budget and checks live stock and lead times.
  3. Written quote. You receive trade prices ex VAT, quantities per room type and proposed delivery dates.
  4. Delivery or collection. We plan delivery to site across mainland UK, or you can collect free from our Liversedge warehouse.

Fabrics vary by bed and include velvet, chenille, boucle and faux leather. The fabric and colour are listed in each product name and on the product page.

Can you quote furniture packs per apartment type?

Yes. Tell us your unit mix and what each type needs, and we will quote per unit so you can repeat the pack across a building or portfolio.

Can I see upholstered beds before I order?

Yes. Ask your account manager to arrange a visit to our West Yorkshire showroom, where you can see a selection of ranges in person. Every product page also lists dimensions, materials and what is included.
