Serviced apartments and holiday lets are furnished as whole homes, so operators buy bedrooms, living areas and dining together and need them to work as a set for every unit type.

Sofa beds, daybeds with trundles and fold-away guest beds, such as the SOLACE+CO Skyler sofa bed and Flair Livia and Clay daybeds, add sleeping space without a second bedroom.

What to check before you order

  • A daybed with a trundle sleeps two in the footprint of a single.
  • Check the open (sleeping) dimensions as well as the closed size.
  • Think about who will set up the bed and how often.
  • Quote per unit type (studio, one bed, two bed) so packs are easy to repeat.
  • Look for pieces that make small floor plans sleep or seat more people.

Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options are available for contract use (BS 7177). Fire-retardant options are available on request as a quote option, and certificates are supplied with trade orders. Tell us your premises type and specification when you ask for a quote.

  2. Shortlist and stock check. Your account manager suggests products that fit your sizes and budget and checks live stock and lead times.
  3. Written quote. You receive trade prices ex VAT, quantities per room type and proposed delivery dates.
  4. Delivery or collection. We plan delivery to site across mainland UK, or you can collect free from our Liversedge warehouse.

Yes. Tell us your unit mix and what each type needs, and we will quote per unit so you can repeat the pack across a building or portfolio.

How many does a daybed with a trundle sleep?

Two: one on the daybed and one on the pull-out trundle. Check mattress sizes and the open footprint on each product page.

Can I see sofa beds and daybeds before I order?
