Furnishing serviced apartments
Serviced apartments need more than a bedroom: guests expect a sofa they can relax on, a table to eat or work at, and enough storage for a longer stay. We can quote a furniture pack for each apartment type so every unit in a building is furnished the same way.
Sofa beds and day beds add a sleeping space in studios, and ottoman beds give long-stay guests somewhere to put suitcases.
Product ranges for serviced apartments

Fire safety and specifications
Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options are available for contract use (BS 7177). Fire-retardant options are available on request as a quote option, and certificates are supplied with trade orders. Tell us your premises type and specification when you ask for a quote.

How a contract order works
- Brief and survey. Send us your room schedule, floor plans or spec sheet using the form below. Tell us about access, lifts and parking at the site, and ask us about a site visit.
- Product selection. Your account manager shortlists beds, mattresses, headboards and furniture that fit your sizes, budget and timescale, checks live stock and lead times, and can arrange a visit to our West Yorkshire showroom so you can see ranges in person.
- Written quote. You get a quote with trade prices ex VAT, quantities per room type, delivery dates and any phasing, so you can sign off rooms or floors in stages.
- Delivery to site. We plan delivery to site to fit your programme, or you can collect from our Liversedge warehouse. Ask us about assembly or installation in rooms.
