Hotel rooms are bought in volume and judged by guests every night, so consistency across room types, ease of housekeeping and durability matter as much as the look.

Hotel beds in the Flair Trade range include ottoman designs with integrated bedside tables, such as the SOLACE+CO Taylor, Sienna and Alice hotel ottomans,, plus TV beds.

What to check before you order

  • Keep one bed and mattress specification per room type so replacements match later.
  • Think about how housekeeping will strip, turn and clean around each piece.
  • Integrated side tables save buying and placing separate bedsides.
  • Ottoman storage keeps spare linen or luggage off the floor.
  • Check the bed dimensions against the room plan, including the side tables.

Fire safety and specifications

Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options are available for contract use (BS 7177). Fire-retardant options are available on request as a quote option, and certificates are supplied with trade orders. Tell us your premises type and specification when you ask for a quote.

How a contract order works

  1. Send your brief. Use the form below to share your room schedule, quantities and site postcode, or attach a spec.
  2. Shortlist and stock check. Your account manager suggests products that fit your sizes and budget and checks live stock and lead times.
  3. Written quote. You receive trade prices ex VAT, quantities per room type and proposed delivery dates.
  4. Delivery or collection. We plan delivery to site across mainland UK, or you can collect free from our Liversedge warehouse.

Can you quote a whole hotel refurbishment?

Yes. Send your room schedule with the number of each room type and the products you need, and we will come back with a written quote at trade prices ex VAT, with phasing if you are refurbishing floor by floor.

What is a hotel ottoman bed?

It is an ottoman storage bed designed with integrated bedside tables, so the bed, headboard and side tables arrive as one piece. Dimensions are listed on each product page.

Can I see hotel beds before I order?

Yes. Ask your account manager to arrange a visit to our West Yorkshire showroom, where you can see a selection of ranges in person. Every product page also lists dimensions, materials and what is included.
