Ottoman beds lift on gas struts to reveal storage under the mattress, from single ottomans such as the Flair Alba and Ava to double and kingsize upholstered designs.

What to check before you order

  • Furniture supplied in rented homes must meet the UK domestic fire safety regulations.
  • Standardise one or two room packs so repairs and replacements are simple.
  • Storage under the mattress frees floor space in small rooms.
  • Check the lift mechanism and base type on the product page.
  • Confirm whether a mattress is included or needs ordering separately.

Fire safety and specifications

Crib 5 and Source 5 fire-retardant options are available for contract use (BS 7177). Fire-retardant options are available on request as a quote option, and certificates are supplied with trade orders. Tell us your premises type and specification when you ask for a quote.

As a landlord, you are responsible for making sure furniture you supply in a let meets these regulations; every product page lists materials so you can keep records.

How a contract order works

  1. Send your brief. Use the form below to share your room schedule, quantities and site postcode, or attach a spec.
  2. Shortlist and stock check. Your account manager suggests products that fit your sizes and budget and checks live stock and lead times.
  3. Written quote. You receive trade prices ex VAT, quantities per room type and proposed delivery dates.
  4. Delivery or collection. We plan delivery to site across mainland UK, or you can collect free from our Liversedge warehouse.

Do ottoman beds come with a mattress?

Usually not. Each product page states what is included, so check before ordering and add a mattress to your quote if needed.

Can I order replacements for a single room?

Yes. Once your trade account is approved you can order single items online, and in-stock lines ordered before 12pm are dispatched the next working day to most UK mainland postcodes.

Can I see ottoman beds before I order?

Yes. Ask your account manager to arrange a visit to our West Yorkshire showroom, where you can see a selection of ranges in person. Every product page also lists dimensions, materials and what is included.
